Distinctive Announcement # S114

Production Time:

Item requires 6 business days of production, not counting the day the order is placed. Production time does not include shipping time.
A variety of shipping options are offered in the checkout area.

What's Included:

Raised ink (thermography) is used to print your text. Thermography has been the standard for graduation announcements for many years; it has a distinctive look and feel.
This card is professionally folded and then trimmed; no folding is necessary.
The paper has a smooth finish with a deckle edge along the very top edge, which, when folded, is against the foil stripe on the front. The "Seniors" crest is created with two foil colors, one engraving ink, and a black overlay engraving run.
Inner and outer white envelopes are included with all paper colors, with the exception of the #S114PG, which comes with matching ivory envelopes.
Sold in multiples of ten with a minimum order of 50.
You may use one of our suggested texts for the inside printing, or use your own. This card has room for 15 lines of text, with 56 characters and spaces per line
The price includes the main text and also a Bible verse, Motto or etching on page 5. If printing is desired on pages 2 or 4, there is an $8.00 charge to have each area of additional text printed.

Corner copy is a line of type set off to the left in a smaller type size. It is normally used to say "Reception following" or 'R.s.v.p. by____'. If you would like corner copy, you must PROVIDE the text for the corner copy on the last line above. Selecting corner copy means you have one less line available for the text. (Tip: Remember, an Open House, by definition, should not require an R.s.v.p.)

After working with thousands of customer's announcement texts, we have definite opinions about what looks best. Our customers accept 98% of our suggested changes, and we've never heard from anyone who wished they had not accepted our suggestions. To expedite your order, do we have your permission to make MINOR changes to the text without contacting you? Minor changes include:

Punctuation that does not change the meaning (punctuation is not normally used at the end of lines)
Capitalization to coincide with accepted use on social announcements
Moving a word from one line to another to improve the appearance or reading of the text.
Writing out abbreviated words -- 'Street' instead of 'St.,' or 'Tennessee' instead of TN.
Removing zip code from the address information -- zip code is not normally included.
Adding periods between the letters of acronyms for legibility if a script style lettering is chosen.

We will never change the spelling of names or places, we do not attempt to verify any addresses you've provided, and we will not rewrite your text. If we have suggestions beyond the minor ones listed above, we will contact you, so it is very important to give us accurate contact information when you go through the shopping cart, and then check your e-mail and voice mail. Production Time:
This item requires 6 business days for production, plus the shipping time you select when you check out. The first day of production is the first business day after you place your order, if placed by 5 pm Central Time. If we e-mail or call you with a question, the production time does not begin until we hear back from you.

A RUSH is sometimes available on the production time, depending on how busy the printing plant is. The RUSH changes the printing time to 3 business days and adds $35.00. If you would like a Rush on the order, select the box. If it cannot be done, we will contact you before beginning the job. Remember that shipping time is not included in the printing time; select the shipping option you'd like when you check out.
