General
Information:
- Sold in multiples
of ten with a minimum order of 50. They are shipped folded
and include inner and outer envelopes.
- This is a tri-fold
card -- your text goes on the inside center panel, and the name card
slots are at the bottom of the far right inside panel. The year line
is printed as shown in the lower right corner of the front of the
announcement.
- In addition to
the announcement verse, there is room for three other elements, a
verse / motto or an etching,
or both. See the layout sketch above to better understand the options
available on this card. The price includes the main text and the printing
of optional etching or verse/motto on page 5. There is a charge of
$8 to add printing to pages 2 or 4 unless ordering as part of a group
from a private ordering page.
- For all designs
except #161PS, the printing of the text, year-line, and etching or
verse are raised black ink (thermography). #161PS is printed in flat
silver ink.
- Available only
in the color combinations shown on this page.
- All envelopes
(inner and outer) are white except for those with announcement
#161BKS, which comes with grey parchment envelopes.
- If you are part
of a group or school that will use 300 or more announcements, contact
us about setting up a private page so that group members may order
individually and have their items all shipped to one location. There
is no charge to set up a private page, and the prices are the same
as those shown here.
- Printing time
is 6 business days for orders of 500 or less, and 10 business days
for orders over 500. In addition, allow one week for a proof (no charge)
if the order is over 150.

If
ordering this announcement, you will need to make
the following decisions:

See the photo below for a description of the
various panels on this announcement. Decide what you would like
printed on pages 2 and 5, which are seen side by side when the
card is half opened. You may use an etching,
or a verse or motto. We have a number of class
mottos and a page of
Bible verses, or you
may use your own.

2.
Decide on the wording for your announcement text
(page 3). There is room for 15 lines and 42 characters and
spaces per line.

texts if you are looking for help with the wording. We
carefully proofread every submission for spelling, punctuation,
completeness, and social correctness. |

3.
If desired, you may have an etching
or section of text in the area above the name card on page 4.
We have a number of class
mottos and a page of
suggested Bible verses,
or you may use your own. This section may also be left blank.
There is an $8.00 charge to print on this panel unless you will
be setting up a private ordering page for a group.

4.
Choose a lettering style for all of the text on
the announcement. This style will also be used for all the name
