Ground is a date-definite service, but we recommend that you allow one extra business day to compensate for any unexpected problems, such as weather. | Changing the Shipping Method after Your Order has been Placed | |||

If you decide to make a change to the shipping method after you've placed your order, you may use the "Contact Us" form on our web site, or you may call us at 877-466-2563. The "Contact Us" form goes to an e-mail box which is normally answered quickly, but if you do not have a reply within a few business hours, you should call and either speak with our customer service or leave a message stating your order number and telling us what you want to change. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can make the change for you.
